The Team of Manager deputed for specific sites would co-ordinate with the entire
support staff. We have Area Supervisors to monitor performance of the respective
teams at sites. The maintenance team comprises of :

Mr. R M SINGH PARIHAR, (A retired officer of RPF) Managing Director has been actively involved in management
of security operations for past 15 years. He has significant and relevant experience in all aspects of security up to and
including managing the security needs of visiting head of state. Mr. R M SINGH PARIHAR has also built an extensive network
of relation with security professionals in both government and non-governmental organizations. He has been guiding
ISB to realize that constant change is the only step forward towards the future.

Mr. C A MAHENDRAKAR, a retired officer of Indian police service is a gem in our company who has
redefined “Richness”. A strong motivator who has led his team with extreme hard work, loyalty and is a Company believer
of old saying “WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, THE TOUG GETS GOING”. He is the Chief Executive OF ISB.

Mr. S.P SINGH,Manager , is a former of years experience .He has wide ranging experience in the field of internal
security to curb the subversive and nepharieus activities of the industry, He has varied experience in examining cases through secret enquiries,
Conducting operation,, Industrial security, VIP-Security, Knowledge of overseeing of immigration and other security
matters of the airport, He has participated in interaction with other organization Depts. to brief and sensitized about
security very frequency
